Returns Policy

If there are any issues relating to your order, we must be informed within 24 hours of receipt.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We will only accept returns when;-

1. Items are faulty or not fit for sale through the fault of Canadian Spa Ireland.
2. Goods are not received.

Goods that are accepted under our T&C’s will be done so on the terms of Credit Note.
